STEPS2ALLAH BARBECUE AT DARUSSALAM

Alhamdulillah over 30 brothers turned up at our Steps2Allah Summer Barbecue
Retreat at Darussalam. Brothers prepared food for the barbecue alhamdulillah.
Programmes included a talk on the excellence of the month of Dhulhijjah. There was
also a Qur’an recitation competition, which was won by brother Ayman. The brothers
were then divided into 3 groups for the Steps2Allah Quiz. Lastly, 2 brothers who just
took shahadah a week before the barbecue gave a short talk on why they reverted to
Islam. One of the brothers is only 16 years old.
May Allah Increase the brotherhood of everyone who attended for the barbecue and
Make us all more grateful to Him for choosing us to be Muslims.
